Happy First Brithday Simone!
Simone celebrated her first birthday this past Tuesday. She spent the day at home with Mommy. Aunt Jess sent a package, but Simone played with the box so much we wondered why Jess bothered to fill it with gifts! A few friends gathered for Simone's first birthday party yesterday. She got a little frightened during the singing of Happy Birthday, but she sure loved the cake.

Gee Simone how many outfits did you have on during your birthday? Boxes are wonderful and did you know your cousin Owen likes tissue paper.
We thought of you on your birthday big girl - and miss you terribly. It was so nice to share Thanksgiving with you.
Your cousin Owen is a cutie. I can't wait to see the two of your together in pictures at New Years at Uncle Robb and Aunt Jessica's.
Be gentle with Ryan honey he is only a few weeks old. You tend to get a bit grabby at times. Lovingly but still grabby. Does pulling hair sound familiar? or cat ears? Winnie the cat is still recovering.

I can't believe I called my own grandson Owen. His name is Ryan. It has only been three weeks folks and there has been much confusion over his name. He has been called Riley and Levitacus by his grandfathers.
Sorry Ryan I do know your name honey.
