Simone received a set of her very own cleaning supplies from Grammy and Grandpa for Christmas. Here she is sweeping the porch and dusting our bookshelves.

Christmas with Simone

Simone enjoyed a quiet Christmas here at home. Her favorite gift was a bag from her Aunt Michelle, once she got the silly sweater out of the way so she could truly enjoy it. After presents, we went to Uncle John's house for dinner and a good time playing inside his cabinets. Here are some photos from the day.

Happy First Brithday Simone!

Simone celebrated her first birthday this past Tuesday. She spent the day at home with Mommy. Aunt Jess sent a package, but Simone played with the box so much we wondered why Jess bothered to fill it with gifts! A few friends gathered for Simone's first birthday party yesterday. She got a little frightened during the singing of Happy Birthday, but she sure loved the cake.

Thanksgiving

Simone welcomed Grammy, Grandpa and Uncle Scott last week for a Thanksgiving visit. She just loved her Uncle Scott! Wes, Mary Kathryn and Harrison joined us for a Thanksgiving meal on the porch. (And some of you wonder why we live so far South!)
