First hike

Simone went on her first hike yesterday. We went to Sweetwater Creek, just west of town. Uncle Rob joined us for a two hour hike. Simone enjoyed an hour of it, laughing out loud and pulling on Nancy's hat. She nursed at the turtle pond, then fussed to go to sleep. We wound up carrying her, sound asleep, in our arms for the last section of the hike. A shorter hike is planned for next time!
